From what I read with a search online is any game to have full use of the xBox controllers needs to have the ability built into it. It doesn't look promising to get the buttons to function properly in games that aren't. Of course I could be wrong and I can't try to find a way as I don't have a xBox controller to experiment with.
About the only thing I could find to do is check to see if you have this installed from Microsoft: If the device is unable to be used in Windows systems, please try to install the latest version of Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller gamepad driver.
