OK, here are some ideas on fixing this.

1. Ask your account nicely, and it will reopen.
2. Say open sesame, and it will open
3. Take a sledgehammer to your computer to make it see the light of day.
4. Choke your computer.
5. write to the newspapers about it.

Any other ideas?
