I wouldn't D/L that WB 2021; many are having issues with it. For a PC version use this link to my Google Drive and get WB 2018. You'll have to go to the settings folder, open login.cfg (use a simple text editor) and add your log in name and password as I've deleted mine from it. :mrgreen:

You may have to check the keyboard commands as I've changed some, but very few and of course joystick settings. D/L the folder to your HD. Preferable the main hard drive.

Are you sure it's MSV140.dll? I've seen problems with this MSVCP140.dll. You should be able to D/L from the link I posted as anyone using that link should be able to D/L it. Well maybe I didn't have it set right.. Duh. This one says anyone with the link can D/L it. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing

Fess- I'm told you need to make sure you have Direct X 9.0C for the game to run. It's a D/L at the same place as the game D/L you got. Look at the bottom of the box where the game D/L is and you'll see the D/L link where you click. It says PC only. That should get the program running.
