I'm getting an email from WarBirds members who are receiving failed logins when registering for this forum. Finding they are not aware you require them to use their WBs login username. This will be an ongoing issue if you don't somehow communicate this requirement in the registration process.
I'm curious is the forum limited to WBs customers only. What about a non-posting Guest registration?

No one should be getting a failed login message unless they are not activated as of yet. All registrations are Admin approved so it takes time as I do not sit at the computer waiting for registrations. I check throughout the day and approve them as I can.

At this time there is not a way for me to add a message to the forum registration process. I will put it on my list of stuff to inquire about.

On the old forum, in the post that asks them to come register here, the requirement to use the in game call sign is in the post. In caps. Also during the approval process I check for an active account. If I cannot find that user I email them asking for more information.

The Forum is for WB's customers.

John Frisby "bombr-" is a long time WB's member. His login works but is taken to a page other than the main forum page, stuck here with no out, as in none of the possible links he's seeing will let him move on. I sent him a link to the main page, tried it but no joy. Including a screenshot of what he sees. Can you help here?
