Hello everyone!!!
Just finished my 6th cycle of Chemo... hoping for good news from my PET Scan. It was rough that stuff just takes you over, and you try to recover, to react to do something. Had to have white cell booster shots which have their own side effects, been interesting to say the least.
Lost 30 pounds, weigh less then I did in HS. That was with eating things like graham crackers with butter and peanut butter topped with brown sugar.
Hope the active recovering can start, I'm out of shape from the Chemo and the gout it triggered, couldn't really walk much at times.
So exercise and walking are on the plan. I have tried to during the third and fourth weeks of the cycle.
On a completely different note...
Keenan aka kebean in here (long time ago), my oldest son graduated from Purdue with his PHd in History. He did his masters and PHd in sixth years, while TAing and working a job for a year. WOOHOO he did it!!!
