This is a three-night event to determine the Number One Squadron in WarBirds to be held over the Month of July 2017.
The Winner will be the WarSmoke Squadron of the Summer 2017 and win FREE Months of WarBirds!
Squadrons will compete on two sides of a conflict held over three Sunday nights for Free WarBirds Cash and Free WarBirds Months.
Each side will have three fields to capture and hold till the end of the event, which will last two hours, Sunday nights starting at 2000 EDT, on Sunday, July 9th, July 16th, and July 30th.
WarSmoke Best Squadron Competition
Win FREE WarBirds Cash and WarBirds MonthsThe Best Squadron pilots will win two FREE WarBirds Months with up to 16 FREE Months to give away.
Each Participating Member of the Top Squadron for each individual night will win $10 in WarBirds Cash.
Each Squadron/Combined Squadrons need at least 8 players in your Squadron to qualify and the Combined Squads must identify their teamed squadrons before the event to win prizes.
If you do not have 8 players in your Squad, you are welcome to join with another Squadron for the competition as long as you announce the partnership in advance to IENT.
Rules/Scoring.
1) The Event will run from 2000 to 2200 EDT each of three Sunday Nights.
2) The Total Score of all three nights will determine the winners.
3) Every time a side takes one of the 3 designated enemy fields they will win 2500 points in score.
4) Every time a side has its designated fields captured they lose 1000 points.
5) The total Kills score will be calculated for each Squadron based on their identified members accomplishments.
6) Players may only play with their squad or an identified joint squad for their points to count for the Best Squadron competition.
7) The total score for each individual will be the sum of their kills, targets destroyed, and landings from the backend. We will zero scores at the beginning of each event.
8) These individual scores will be totaled.
9) We will take the average of the total scores/total members of the squadron who participated and that average will determine the Best Squadron after all three nights of the competition.
10) For an individual pilot to participate in the prizes, they must fly at least 2 of the three events.
11) For an individual pilot to participate in the prizes, the pilot must record at least 3 kills over the 3 events, six targets destroyed, or three field captures, or six tank kills.
12) The winning side total points for that evening’s scenario, based on the captures and defense of the three designated fields, will be multiplied by 1.5 for the calculation of their squadron’s total score.
13) The Best Squadron, who will win two Free WarBirds Months for up to 16 participants will be the Squadron with the most total points.
