To clarify and reduce the number of repetitive questions and responses, who is the responsible IENT employee that should be responding and addressing our concerns?

Lol.
I don't think IEN actively monitor the boards.
They have an email address for customer service issues.

Don't shoot the messenger, just trying escalate on behalf of WB's beloved but frustrated mac users!
