They need to do more advertising. Facebook and Twitter and such. There is a way to promote by paying a fee, but I don't know much about it.

WB needs support staff to get us informed.

This is my personal opinion of what can also help... MORE COMMUNICATION from players that play the game.
Here's how: Instead of Exiting out of the game and being sent to the Total Sims or Warbirds website, have everyone
EXIT to THIS PAGE:

That way, they can see our community and perhaps comment or post their experiences and questions they may have.
I'm just guessing but I would bet that 2 out of 10 players (especially the new ones) don't even know they can come here.
