Why do Mac users have to update manually? Those who don't visit here or S3 forum regularly have no clue and being left out?

As I understand it the Mac Updater app in the WB folder does not work anymore and it will require a complete overhaul to fix it. Since there is nobody up at IEN who is Mac savvy enough that can do this we are stuck until they can find a way to get it done.. if they ever do..So for now, we have to manually add the updated files.. better than nothing..

Perhaps it would help to put in the "Mac Update Available" notice that comes up after logging into the arena, to visit the forum for instructions.

I agree... I have posted several issues and Robert is in line to attend to them, I can't fly the Mustang (plane art not available do update) the B17F is nearly unflyable because of bizarre graphics junk on the screen and worst of all I can't fly the Bomber arena's they crash the game instantly. The old updater would probably fix my problems but it's been turned off.
