I've been trying to get customer support to contact me via the website request form... no results.
Is there any way somebody could let them know?

The situation hasn't changed; I emailed, used request form and sent pm to WLDBIL last week. No reaction whatsoever and pm still in Outbox what means it hasn't been read by receiver. Time to vote with wallet and cancel subscription?

I just joined (was a member ages ago). I sent an email to tech support last week. No response as yet. And so far, I have not received the confirmation email that I was promised would come "soon." Having managed online games at a couple of places, I will say that these days, this sort of lack of response is not acceptable.

Is Warbirds still really operational? I guess I got a bit spoiled by how active this game and Air Warrior were, a couple of decades ago! I will give it a couple of weeks (assuming my subscription is active by then), and then may move on.
